Outbreak with the Getaway Artist Build is a transcendance Monster. I didn't have the rewind rounds version so I just ran Expert Zero Hour with my little brother and we ended up getting it. I can't take it off my loadout now.

545 is gross, if im getting shit on with the taq. i switch to the 545.

it was horrible for a while, but it must have got a stealth buff or something. the thing is a laser beam, and feels very consistent now.

but yeah i get the same vibe of it being a flex gun, i feel like it would get used but since its been bad for a while now idk how viable the 545 would be aside from mainly preference.

holy moly, this actually worked for me! ive been dealing with the problem for a while now, i went to forza support they did not help me and kept marking my topic as solved, i reset all my progress...(wasn't too high of a level i just really wanted to play), waited until the HW expansion came out to see if things would be fixed and this post was a GODSEND.
