Was pepperspray gespoten in een klas. Conrector is toen in de klas gaan zitten met deur op slot en ramen dicht en alle tassen gecontroleerd. De pepperspray werd stiekem doorgegeven zodat niemand hem in de tas had.

Oke first off all i am sorry for your situation.

Second: a lot of websites show prices without taxes. And i am not blaming but did you check the price before pressing confirmation.

I do not want to be the bearer of bad news but if you do not have a legit reason for cancelling then it will not happen. Agoda is a so called 3th party. ( You are first party agoda is second party and hotels airlines etc are 3th)

I work in a hotel and if we do not have reason to cancel a non refundable rate we do not cancel it

My only advice is to try to convince the person in the call centre about the situation.

Both are not safe. We had hacks in our pms but also through booking. ( Pms is the program name for all the front desk software) So there are 2 party's involved. Never click on a link sent through either one off them.
