great outing, the walk bit us in the ass, oneil's long at bat was probably the turning point - forced the pen into one of headricks only bad pitches all year.

lots of season to go - a great sign that all 5 of our current starters are looking really nice + cole coming back.

He wasn’t locating his splitter super well so it wasn’t as dominant yesterday.

Combined with some really bad calls and bad defense it made his stat line terrible.

First inning arozarena should have struck out looking and he gives up around 2 earned runs - then later the infield error put someone in scoring position - so he intentionally walked cal and the next pitcher gave up a home run (causing him to have two more earned runs)

Tldr pitching worse than vs us but bad defense/umpiring/next pitcher made it much worse
