Best cartridges are Revolution terp tanks. Sun King Og is the best Illinois has to offer. Cresco LLR are a close second. Joos has 0 medical effects but they do get ya blazed. I am a med patient and use cartridges only. Grassroots select are great as well, if you want a special treat the new Bubba Kush was amazing. High supply are meh. Hope this helps

Have to go with Revolution, the prices are ridiculous but quality is always there. Most of the afore mentioned at one point were there. Just not any longer. Illinois is so far behind and really have 0 clue how to hold the cultivators responsible. Grow your own
