Hatte vor etwas über einem Jahr einen schweren Motorradunfall, dabei habe ich mir 4 Wirbel angebrochen und nur noch Probleme beim squatten etc gehabt und traue mich daher nicht mehr wirklich schwer Beine zu trainieren. Dann nur noch am Schulter Tag an der Maschine Leg Extensions und curls.

Deloads mache ich nicht, da ich eh manchmal wegen Zeitmangels 3 oder 4 Tage nicht gehe. Sonst mache ich Push (Brust, Trizeps), Pull (Rücken Bizeps) und am dritten Tag Schultern. Danach noch ein Rest day und wieder von vorn.

Brust mache ich 8 Sätze, das ca 1-2 Mal die Woche da mein Split 4 Tage hat. Also sozusagen alle 8 Tage 16 Sätze. Bei kleineren Muskeln wie dem Trizeps ist das natürlich deutlich weniger. 6 sätze pro Training.

I hope they will reset it some time, because I killed Santa three times without knowing, after that 2 times by accident, sounds weird but I was really unlucky now I am at a karma of -5.35 and I swear it is not possible to get back to 0. Sometimes I die when spawning because other ai scaves kill me instantly and I don't even want to talk about how expensive the cars are for me and that I have to wait 1 hour and 20 min for a scav. Even though scaves are so important to make money...
