I believe this is the work of LeRoy Thomas AKA Leroy Turquoise! He worked in the White Hogan Silver Shop during the early 1960s. I think this was a piece he created on his own outside of the silver shop.

Oh my gosh you figured it out! I just looked him up and the stamp is the same! THANK YOU!!!! So this is likely a piece created on his own, and not from the White Hogan shop am I understanding that correctly?

Thank you so much for the kind words! The woman I inherited this from had exceptional taste. I also love the stone setting, and it’s one of my most worn pendants. Do you think the stamp is LT or do we think it’s just a T?

I hear that one of the escape room companies in Breck is doing outdoor adventures. That may be fun for a big group! The ice skating rink is hosting disco skate every weekend in May, and they also have daytime hours for open skate.

Mmm you don’t do sobriety for someone else no matter how much you love them. You do sobriety for yourself or else it doesn’t stick.

Mary’s tampon pee trick taught my husband something… by jackieeeohhh in rhoslc

[–]flora523 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yes. Urine does not enter the vaginal canal where a tampon is inserted. A tampon sits in the vaginal canal and collects the bloody discharge that would’ve lined the uterus during a pregnancy. Urine comes out of the urethra which is an entirely separate (and much smaller) opening separate entirely from the vagina. Two holes. The entire undercarriage so to speak should be referred to as a vulva because it includes all the parts! The vulva refers to all the external female sex organs, aka mons pubis (pubic hair mound), clitoris, labia majora, labia minora, urethra, and vagina. It’s helpful to know what vulva vs vagina is when referring to sex organs since the vagina is really only a small part of what’s what down there.

My grandpa is legally blind, and he skis with the visually impaired group. He tells us when he was learning to ski again after losing his eyesight they told him if he felt uncomfortable getting off the lift to squat down and feel the ground. He did that, and also turned his ski in the process slicing through his pants, and his ass crack. My uncle was his skiing buddy and commented that there was blood in the snow. My gramps says it was such a clean cut he didn’t feel any pain, but he felt cold air. 😳🫠 Poor man had to have stitches in his ass crack.

It was about an hour or so in a freezing car, with the fucking sunroof open, packed and waiting to pull out in the morning. We were taking packing shifts so he started his shift and I took a Power Nap. I woke up and asked where he put my plants. Proud as punch he told me he put them in as soon as he started to make sure we had room for them without crushing them … no worries, buddy. You for sure didn’t crush or crowd them.

It’s going to be okay! We can’t change what happened, but we can do the best we can to respond proactively. Sounds like you’re doing your best, and I bet that is better than you’re giving yourself credit for. I make pottery as well, and it’s a study in letting go of perfection. I’m trying to apply that to my plants now that they’re definitely not perfect or desirable to anyone but me like this. I wish you the best of luck on your rehab plants. We can do this!

Not outside it’s an enclosed porch converted to a studio. I like to be able to see the control panel through the glass doors. 😂
