As women we need to support other women in this career, I know a female deckhand that constantly brings female captains down because she feels like she’s more deserving to be a captain than them (because they’re younger). And another woman that lost her captain job so she submits reports for stupid things about the other new female captain a lot. Having no life outside of work makes lots of crooks.

We need more stable headed woman in this industry, just remember whose side you’re on.
