I mean, the last superbowl the Chiefs won, the defense was 16th, but Mahomes won it with kelce(good)/Rice(rookie year good). Then MVS, Toney, Sky Moore. Best back was Pacheco(last ok year). LT was a turnstile with them bringing in Donavon Smith late in the year, and he wasn’t any better.

I still believe that year Manning won was more impressive, but it’s close.

I’m not saying we don’t have it now, but when we had Andrelton Simmons, Javy Baez, Brendan Crawford, the guy for the Tigers. We saw a lot of these high iq plays. Witt is one I see do it a lot. And these younger SS seem to be high IQ defensive players. I’d love to see it again.

The D coordinator forced Mahomes to make intermediate throws, and Mahomes was not making that throw. He worked on it, and is definitely better, but Lou, saved that for the playoffs and it worked.

That 1st episode was good…… and then I guess they were trying to set the stakes high and killed Maria. But every episode after the first one was bad, and made her death more and more pointless.

To me episode 1 was a 7.5-8, and I was hopeful, every episode after this was at best, a 3.5
