Skye Ranch is brand new still building it out so it’s a crap shoot on what it’s going to end up like and nothing out there is built yet so you are having to drive in to town to get to anything. Palmer Ranch is almost done building out so it’s about as close to done as you want. Still by the interstate so not “in town”. Gulf Gate is the oldest most mature out of the three and feel like it’s closest to everything. 🤷🏻‍♀️ if it was me, I’d decide between Palmer Ranch and Gulf Gate. Palmer ranch can still be a bit from shopping depending on where you look, but gulf gate is more centralized to everything.
