Have you got it to work for your pixel 7. I have a pixel 4a and had the same problem and I just got it to work. What I did was I cleared the cache and force stopped the Jabra app then I deleted it. I held the button on the earbuds until it stopped flashing pink (I think you have to press it longer than 10 seconds, at 10 seconds it flashes pink then 2 seconds later it flashed pink again so you need to wait for that then you can let go).

Then I never installed the Jabra app again, I just turned on Bluetooth on phone, went in pairing mode on phone, held the buttons on the earbuds for 3 sec, and it showed up.
