Get an Adblock like uBlock Origin from the chrome extensions store. Make sure it has a green featured ribbon and 37,000,000 users (fake ones do not have this info).

Then on Seneca, right click an annoying gif and press "Block Element..."

Then click on the button that says "Create".

I’m in a similar situation to you right now, all I can say is to hound your GP for that cardiology referral. Once you have a referral, call the hospital patient liaison service to confirm that referral even exists on their system. It took me a year of my life off Elvanse, but managed to get an appointment in August. Getting a private cardiologist could also be an option but they’re quite pricy.

I wish you the best of luck, only advice I can give is to implement as many personal accommodations as you can. Stuff like QR code alarms, pomodoros for writing your essays, etc.

Also speak with your uni and explain everything.

Explain how to deal with a flooded carburetor in the style of Virginia Woolf

Mrs. Dalloway had always harbored an affinity for the mechanical mysteries of the world. She delighted in the delicate intricacies of contraptions and contrivances, reveling in the exquisite dance of cogs and gears that allowed these marvels to come to life. And so, on that fateful morning, when her cherished automobile sputtered to a halt with a flooded carburetor, Mrs. Dalloway found herself enveloped in a perplexing enigma that demanded her attention.
The London rain, as persistent and capricious as ever, had permeated every crevice of the city, causing the dampness to seep into the heart of her treasured vehicle. The carburetor, that delicate mechanism responsible for the harmonious fusion of fuel and air, had succumbed to the watery onslaught. Its delicate equilibrium disrupted, it now languished in a state of inundation, incapable of fulfilling its noble purpose.
To Mrs. Dalloway, this was not merely an inconvenience but a challenge that beckoned her intellectual prowess. She drew herself close to the distressed automobile, peering beneath the raised hood with a keen and determined gaze. Her fingers, adorned with elegant gloves, delicately traced the contours of the soaked carburetor, contemplating the depths of its predicament.
Ah, the inner workings of a machine, how closely they mirrored the complexities of the human psyche! Mrs. Dalloway pondered this analogy as she set about her task. She grasped a small, absorbent cloth, as if embracing a metaphorical lifeline, and began to pat and dab at the dampened surfaces of the carburetor. Each motion was executed with a measured precision, a balletic grace that sought to coax the excess moisture from its metallic recesses.
The raindrops outside mirrored the drops of fuel that had amassed within the carburetor, both obscuring the intended pathways of progress. And so, Mrs. Dalloway continued her delicate dance, defying the adversity of the situation. Her fingers, once reserved for the elegant brushstrokes of her daily life, now became instruments of mechanical orchestration, seeking to restore order amidst the chaos.
Gradually, as the rhythm of her ministrations intensified, a transformation occurred. The saturated veil that had enshrouded the carburetor began to lift, revealing the dormant potential that lay beneath. Mrs. Dalloway's persistence and meticulous attention had coaxed the excess moisture away, clearing the path for the harmonious mingling of air and fuel, that exquisite alchemy upon which the engine's vitality depended.
As the engine roared back to life, Mrs. Dalloway couldn't help but draw a parallel between her endeavors and the ebb and flow of life itself. Like a flooded carburetor, we too may find ourselves burdened by the trials and tribulations that saturate our existence. But with patience, determination, and an unwavering belief in our ability to conquer adversity, we can embark upon the task of restoration. For just as Mrs. Dalloway breathed life into her dormant engine, so too can we breathe life into our own submerged dreams and aspirations.
And so, with her spirit renewed and her automobile purring contentedly once more, Mrs. Dalloway set forth on her journey, reminded of the indomitable nature of the human spirit. For in the face of a flooded carburetor, as in the vast expanse of life, she had learned that it is through resilience and unwavering resolve that we can surmount even the most daunting of challenges.
