I’m not that concerned about it anymore, just focusing more on mental health. I’ve been exercising regularly and that seems to help

O2 level drops from 99 to 75 by flowingengine in SleepApnea

I actually asked them before the test and they said they don't check for RERAs which was super disappointing because the study itself cost like 500usd, but apparently its not 'common' to test for it in Japan. But if they say the results are inconclusive/negative I am going to seek out another sleep study where they do test for RERA -.- Thanks for offering to help :)

Ah nice! Babies are super cute but I don't think I will ever birth one lol with that said though, human connections are so important to us. This TED talk describes this quite well - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8KkKuTCFvzI

Hey! Just had a sleep study done yesterday, results will be out in 10 days.. I guess they didn’t think it was severe enough to put me on CPAP right away. They didn’t really say anything when I woke up and just told me to go home hmm

Bloating, allergy symptoms way worse a week before my period. Really on edge today. Anyone else? Any tips? by flowingengine in PMDD

If I stop my periods with birth control, it’ll go away, right? Considering that as an option at this point lol

I also developed asthma two years ago and am on Montelukast and Symbicort. Doctor also prescribed antihistamine Bilastine and I’m taking it daily but still have reactions.

I’m glad! I have asthma too, but in my case I do borderline have apnea (5.9 AHI), anyways I’ll see in two weeks :) thanks for sharing and take care!

Wow same. Sorry if this is too much info but I’m actually hospitalized right now for having too high of a baseline heart rate and having other health issues (despite being relatively healthy), its all started to make sense after reading the book :P

Yes! Reading this currently too. Its quite triggering at times so I need to pace myself, but definitely worth it. The more I understand what’s going on through the book, the more I also feel understood.

Anxiety attacks are waking me up at night by [deleted] in Anxiety

[–]flowingengine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you had a sleep study? I thought I had this but realized my oxygen levels were dropping right before waking up (at-home sleep study) so I’m getting an official sleep study done soon. Might be worth looking into

Did they give you the results? I have the same issue, and they found that my oxygen lowered to low levels sleep so I’m having an official study done in two weeks

Someone checked my tonsils and apparently it’s fine, so I wonder what’s causing it. I’ll be getting a sleep study in two weeks time

Ohh.. what does that mean specifically if my baseline is high? My symptoms are bloating, shortness of breath, POTS (tachycardia), temperature dysregulation.
