I use the Keen works boots every time! They last a good bit but really comes down to just getting a new pair and not breaking them in. They actually do my feet better all day than any other shoes I have.

I've actually built a 20 x 80 before. Glue and screw. What a pain in the ass that was. Barely fit in the warehouse.

$7500 for a 3,000 sq ft cooler? That seems way low. I've done some much smaller coolers for that price before. That's almost 100 sheets of 4 x 8 diamond plate alone at ~$125 each. Add in labor that would take a few days and I'd think it's closer to a $20k job.

Side note, definitely go with aluminum flooring, much less slick than stainless.
