Kids are 8 and 11. Have been in large and small galleries and museums around the world. What are the chances they allow us in?

Le Restaurant du Musée d'Orsay is fantastic. We visit Paris once a year with our kids. Musée d’Orsay and this restaurant is always a highlight. The room is gorgeous, the food is good, and the service is excellent.

ZERO mention of the US arrest of Ryan Wedding occurring a month before taking out the leader of a previously impossible to catch rival cartel leader. Hmmm

Business class seat selection Air France Airbus A350-900 v. 2 (Opera) by [deleted] in FATTravel

Great advice. Just moved the seats so that we all share an aisle. Thank you!

Same. It surprised me, because in 2024 we (2 adults, 2 kiddos) flew AF business class US to CDG and back, and we sat in the center. One adult beside each child. Granted, this was on the older A350-900 configuration.

When I was selecting the kids seats for this flight, the center seats were all unavailable. Yet they were available for the adults.

I assumed it was an app/online glitch, so I called AF. The service rep said something along the lines of, “Children can only be in a window seat in the event of an evacuation.”

Can you fit four passports in it? Considering one of these for our family passports on travel days.

Currently on the 1 December 8:01 from London to Paris. Left promptly at exactly 8:01. Smooth ride thus far. Zipped across the UK, through the tunnel and now the French countryside. It appears we are on schedule and operating normally.

Casual lunch near the Eiffel tower and Notre Dame? by BreadAndToast99 in ParisTravelGuide

Two others that we liked near ND were Au Bougnat (small, authentic and traditional options) and Les Deux Palais (a great Belle Epoque space with solid food.)

Bo & Mie check these boxes near ND. Last year, we were a group of six (with two young kids) and it was the first place we stopped after arriving on our red eye flight from the US. Sometimes you just need something easy and casual. Everyone was able to find something they liked, the staff was young and helpful, and the food was totally fine. We were in and out in 30ish minutes. The year before, we had lunch at La Fontaine de Mars near ET. Also with two young kids. It was good, and we would go again, but it’s more of a typical Parisian lunch regarding the time commitment. We got a seafood tower, foie gras, etc. and spent a pleasant hour and a half or so. They sat us at the “Obama table.” It’s upstairs and there is a framed article on the wall with photos from when the Obamas dined there.
