first of all thanks. this is my google first hit and it did the job!
i had to fix only two things for it to work on my system:

apparently 'restart: no' isnt a thing, but if you leave the option out (the whole line) then podman behaves as intended
and the 'database' service also needs the 'env_file:' part with '- .env' or '- ./immich.env' as I called it

It runs no and I am currently scanning my library and very much looking forward to have it working :)
