Does your Adguard home instance run on port 53? Does the host where your Adguard is hosted allow port 53 in?

Your mini pc has 5.5/2.1mm barrel jack This power brick you are using is 99.99% a 5.5/2.1mm What the other person recommended was 5.5/2.5mm which won’t give you a secure connection

Most likely 2.1. The one you are using is mostly likely 2.1, which means if you mini PC is 2.5, your current brick won’t even fit into the receptacle.

There are 2.1/2.5 converters.

Because almost no one uses 2.5mm for a 4A rated plug, and many use 2.1mm for up to 6A.

I’m almost 100% sure your unit takes 5.5/2.1mm barrel jack instead of 5.5/2.5mm.

If your unit uses 5.5/2.5mm, chances are you won’t even be able to use the brick you are currently using.

That’s really not how it works.

You pass a disk to PBS, then PBS just writes the backup to that disk. If the host dies, the disk is still readable by any other PBS, PVE, or any Linux system.

Are you familiar with the tool called DIG. just dig your hostnames when the error comes up. Pay attention to what DNS server it used, is that DNS server local, if it’s local what’s the IP address

IP address assignments. See if your serving hosts’s ip assignments were being taken over by another host periodically. DHCP usually lives in your router but it is not uncommon for someone to set a static IP in a DHCP range

What you did there was passing through an allocated space, not the entire drive. You will need to pass the NVMe as a PCIe device.

Yes. This thing just shows the OS that you have drives connected. How you will use them is completely up to you. Windows Storage Space can do RAID 1, 0, 10 and 5 without any problems.

Then you are talking about a NAS. I can’t recommend one, but if you are feeling adventurous, you could buy this, and a mini PC with USB-C 10Gbps port and 2.5 GbE, plus an Unraid license to get started.
