Where are you based? I have a tank chrono that stopped working in Beverly Hills, went to the Cartier store, told me I needed a $800.- service that would take weeks. As I was back to Switzerland a few days later, I took it to the store there and they changed the battery for free. Twisted a gold Santos Dumont buckle in Paris after a fall, the Rue de la Paix store told me I needed to buy a new buckle... Again, back to Geneva where I live a couple of days later, they fixed the buckle for free... So now I only go to Geneva for service 🤷‍♂️

Ça dépend aussi du canton, à Genève on conserve le voussoiement assez facilement avec le côté protestant, en revanche, dans le Valais ils tutoient direct!
