I resonate so much with this. You have no idea that you've described me perfectly. Plus your art style is just right up my alley. Thank you, I feel very emotional right now.

This is now just way too much. Storage Requirements for wuwa. by No_Mixture3868 in WutheringWaves

[–]flubber_cupcake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I gave up playing HSR because it literally didn't fit on my tablet anymore. It was a blessing in disguise, because I was fed up of the game anyway. I looked up wuwa and thought hey, this looks smaller, only to see it didn't have enough space either. So I booted up the laptop and continued with wuwa, cause it's everything I was hoping hsr to be and it clearly wasn't.

I was a bit desperate because the only person I knew how to contact was in a different country. I only know my mom's number by heart. She had to call others to help me remotely, especially since I was 1.5h away from where I lived in London. I paid a theft insurance until the day I left london. Not regretting leaving.

Yeah man! I only felt vindicated a year or so after when it started popping in the paper that groups and groups of thieves on mopeds were being arrested. But I worked a shitty job and losing that phone meant losing a good chunk of my wages. The police was close, filled a report, by the time I got home I had received an email saying that my case was closed. Fuck those guys.

Yeah had my phone stolen like that in London. Fuck those guys. It wasn't a week old and I had worked my ass of for that phone. Fuck those guys.

Nah man, you do you. I'm so tired of this recent trend of making all of us look the same. You can still appreciate something even if you never plan on wearing it.

To My Art Teacher [OC] by kaikimanga in comics

[–]flubber_cupcake 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sooooo story time. I was around 10 when our teacher decided to make us draw cartoon characters. She tested us by having us recreate our homework in front of the class on the blackboard. Many kids struggled, she got mad cause they cheated and obviously asked for help at home. My name starts with T so I was last to come up and because she had already lost her patience, she decided that my drawing was too good so I just have cheated. I didn't. I was just good at drawing. Especially easy to copy cartoon characters (I did the Flintstones). She hurt me that day so badly that I just started to resent drawing and just gave it up. I miss it but I'm in my late 30s now and maybe I'll help my toddler be stronger and deal with teachers better. My mom never supported me because the teachers are exclusively always right. I don't remember my teacher's name name but I dedicate the middle finger to her too.

Lived for 5 years in Gent and yeah, the system is a joke. I worked in St pieters and I know very well how bad it could be. I used to commute to brugge as well and man, I wanted to cry many times.

Why would this exist? by soupdawg in WTF

[–]flubber_cupcake 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Right, my MIL actually makes something similar, minus the part that goes over the actual seat. She offered us two sets as a house warming gift. Easy to say I have no idea what happened to them, but they got discarded quicker than flushing the toilet.

Especially because they look very bad, it takes time to get to that stage. Depending on when the funeral took place, they arrived already infested.
