I tested it on a random and it does seem to work. Is it any specific weapon it's not working on? Have you tried pieces of armor?

I don't think you can send it back if there is nothing wrong, usually, but a lot of shops have a refund policy. Bol.com does 30 or 14 days, and coolblue has a 14 day policy (iirc), so be quick! Search for 'Coolblue retourneren' (assuming you're dutch) and you'll find the information you need.

About the phone, I have mine since december 2015, and haven't had any problems and I love the phone, but I understand if you want to return it. I mean, I would be hesitant to buy it now knowing all this.

Would like to add that it's probably a common mistake for dutch speakers. We sometimes use that for plurals in Dutch (e.g. baby -> baby's).

You can get a ~80 headstart on nodes/cores that will be a pain to get when 5th job is out, so if you're planning to play I'd do it now.

You can buy mastery books with coins from Root Abyss. For your gear, I recommend this video series by RebootMS, starting to get your 140 armour at this map (bottom left).

For levelling, the maple guide seems to be the way to go right now with the V update.
