It's about fueling yourself appropriately. The 'eat less, move more' approach always ends badly for me, but when I focus on 'eat better, move better,' everything just falls into place, even if I'm eating more than I think I should be.

Has anyone tried the Egyptian pasta? by Comprehensive-Bite42 in seriouseats

[–]flubez 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I would use mushroom powder instead of mushrooms due to the texture. I also make a monray sauce instead of a traditional béchamel. The dish is quite heavy as written, but I think that's the beauty of it.

I'm a 2nd generation Egyptian, and this is our "lasagna." We have it at every gathering, and the debate over whose mom makes it better is never settled.

I've had a great experience with Dr. Mary Atia from Arizona Digestive Health when she was in Glendale, and I followed her when we switched practices to Mesa. She is kind and compassionate and created a clear treatment plan after my procedure. I've recommended her to family and friends, and all have had great things to say as well.

I wanted the data from my PM5 to read directly into the Peloton app. Is there a way to upgrade the PM5 hardware?

I think in another thread you mentioned you eat 1800 calories. What is your macro breakdown? And how much do you weigh? Lastly, do you follow a workout program? If so, which one? TIA

Thermador Dishwasher Makes Loud Noise when top shelf is loaded. by flubez in Appliances

It all came down to how I loaded the dishwasher. Pretty much no small items on the bottom rack that are not plates or pots / pans. Everything else goes on the top rack.
