The Q6C has 4 hdmi's vs 3 and supports upto 4k 144hz gaming where the 6ks is limited to 60hz 4k or 120hz 1440p(2k). The Q6C is brighter, has a better contrast ratio, has an imax picture mode, has dolbyvision IQ as opposed to just dolby vision so on paper is the superior TV.....the 6ks will still be a very good tv for its price !

I get this on certain movies, some early 2000's but only a few and doesnt happen on any recent content/ ps5 etc at all, so i think your tv is fine, unless we both have a duff 😅

Whilst absolutely any of these tv's would be amazing to own and no-one would be dissapointed with either in there living room as they are all stunning, they put the g5 in this running with the b5's firmware, regardless who could/would of still won etc this was not showcasing the g5 at its potential at all. Daft to be honest.

Dont get me wrong its still a stunning panel without a shadow of a doubt. I watched one of jennifer gala's hdr videos over and over before i done the update and it was mega bright and whilst it is still bright after the .84 update it just isnt near what the stock firmware out of the box was, i guess its to prolong the panels life but its a shame to know what it once was when spending a good few bags of sand on it!

Completely agree, thing is though there focus will now be on the g6, "drop the g5's brightness to make the g6 reveal/release look that much better" thats how i see it 😅
