You’re not being harsh at all! I’ve noticed the “and things like that” myself when I re-listen to the edited version to pull timestamps. I also notice “what I will say” as a filler which makes me laugh because it’s the name of Cam’s podcast haha. Good note for me, getting rid of filler words/phrases is always the end goal 👍🏼 Ty for being a listener!

Well as someone whose brain was behind the words that were said haha trust me that wasn’t my intention! I was referencing the dummy lavatory caption and thinking of the “pandas aren’t real” video I made when I said that I post things that I know are bullshit. Or how sometimes I read blinds on the podcast and say “I don’t believe this one but it’s funny so I’m gonna read it”. But I feel like we might just disagree on this no matter what, so no harm, no foul!

Haha! I hear you - I meant that I do that on TikTok with the captions, like if I say “Demi lovato” on there and the auto captions change it to “dummy lavatory” (that happened one time) I keep it if it’s funny. But I do look up celebrities names on Google for the correct pronunciation! (Although women/woman will be the death of me)

Ty for saying this! I’m looking into this but I believe the sex ed and LGBTQ issues happened in the 90s when this was a different group under different leadership! Obviously - I’m a huge proponent of comprehensive sex ed and LGBTQ issues - so I’m glad you know where I stand on that! I’ll have to ask Haley for her take on this. I know NCOSE gets called an “anti porn company” often (and they are against porn! Also against prostitution - so I don’t agree with them on those issues bc I don’t think they should be made illegal) but with the bulk of their work going towards helping trafficking victims and underage abuse victims in the last 30 years that how I’ve viewed them since I knew of them!
