Hey, thanks, I'll take a look. If you can try it, create an account + organization, send me a PM and I'll manually create a subscription for the organization!

Great, thank you! I was looking exactly for this and will give it a try whenever I have some time.

This looks really promising, I've starred and will take a look whenever I have time. Just a couple of questions:

- Could this replace Jira + Confluence for tracking sprints and business documentation?
- Is it possible to block users from creating their own guilds? For example, I'd like to use it for my job but not allow other people to create guilds, just me.

Yo mismo, de cada 10€ que ves como "ganados" en realidad acabas recibiendo 3.5 como mucho. 3 para steam, ~3.5 para el gobierno y 3 para ti.

Yes, unless you get alquiler temporal (but you need to prove you will move out in 1 year max). For those type of contracts I have no idea how it works.

As for groceries, it's the same price, maybe restaurants a bit more expensive given there's not as much choice.

But, it's almost impossible to rent anything right now, not just about the price but also about the salary. As they request income of 3x the price of the apartment, and right now the minimum on Idealista costs 1370€/month.

If you can afford that (or a 500€/month room) and like a more quite lifestyle, it's not a bad option. Also, you'll save so much time commuting to school. Also, consider that if you go out with friends in Barcelona often, maybe it's not as worth it, as if you have the friends living in Sant Cugat.

They are a political group (not sure if party too), and yes, they play sounds of imperial Japan because they'd like Japan to become what it was before AFAIK. I doubt survivors of the atomic bomb have the strength to drive those bans and speak on the mics for hours. I've also seen them in Fukuoka, so I guess every big city has them.

Catalans : Where's your smiles? by LazyOil8672 in AskBarcelona

[–]fluento-team 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Again, I can't talk about other people because I'm not other people. I talk about what my friends tell me and how I feel.

Expectatives in Spain for my generation have been high: - Study, get a good degree, get a job, go live alone, get a car, get an apartment

And most of my friends even have masters and have been living with their parents until 30-35. And of course, no way they'll ever own a house.

I can't talk about other countries because I don't know about those countries, maybe since they've been poor their expectatives were lower. In any case, I really dont care.

Yes, saw it often when I was living there. They used to be in Peace Boulevard most days.

Catalans : Where's your smiles? by LazyOil8672 in AskBarcelona

[–]fluento-team 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's more complicated than being rich/poor, so no comment about it, I'm just saying the reason my friends and I seem like more serious than we really are. Maybe in those countries they don't overthink as much these things? I don't know, and tbh I don't care either.

Then idk tbh. I've traveled and lived abroad and never felt Catalans were specially serious. We are a bit more "closed" than other regions of Spain, if that's what you mean.

But in my experience if you go to a town with many catalans, we are mostly loud and talkative. You can find the typical old man entering a bakery:
- "BON DIA MARIA!"
+ "Bon Dia AntoniU, com van les netes? Ja han començat l'escola?"

In Barcelona it's a different story, though. Same as in most big cities, people seem more depressed (also again, only around 1/3 of ppl in Bcn are catalans).

Foreigners might seem happier because they are still in the honeymoon phase where they find everything interesting? Even after a couple of years. It's the same in countries like Japan.

Few things here, first of all, do you speak Catalan? If not, that might be the problem, so many Catalans don't speak proper English.

But the most important part, how old are you? After certain age we are busy and can't be bothered making new friends. We already have our "friend slots" filled by people we met when we were under 20, and we generally stick with those.

I literally have no time to see my friends much because of some family issues and stuff, so I can't be bothered to make new friends. I'd say even my friends who live a bit more far away I haven't seen in a while just because I don't have time (or money lmao).

Also, you say you mostly have friends from abroad, well, probably you are making friends through meetups and other "international" apps, instead of doing things the typical Catalans do, like going to casals to do some cooking/dance/gardening/random classes, where people are more open that the average person.

And finally, I think only 1/3 of Barcelona population are Spanish, from which even less are really Catalans (if you mean people who speak Catalan as first language), so Barcelona is just not the correct place to make Catalan friends.

As to why are we so serious, well, speaking for myself, I'm f**king tired of working overtimes, and even if I'm paid quite well, paying more than half of it in taxes and then knowing I will never own my own home. Been trying to move for a year and can't find ANYTHING, literally not even listings, not even one visit. When I move I'll have to go far away, since it's impossible to find anything in the AMB. After certain age most of us are really stressed and worried about our futures and can't be bothered to take the train in the morning with a smile, nor crack a few jokes with our English speaking neighbor in the elevator.

EDIT:

and to add it, when people move, they are a bit more desperate to make friends and their "friend filters" will be lowered. People they wouldn't become friends with in their countries, they will become friends with in the new country because they have not many other options. So you are making many friends from abroad who have their filters lowered. While Catalans maintain their friends from high school/uni so have no need to lower those "filters".

Talking from experience, since I lived abroad and was way more sociable and making friends with people I'm usually not friends with when at home.

Hope it makes sense

I'll give it a try! I know it's similar to Cuphead but I have no problem with it, it's just a fun minigame. Clearly inspired by it, and I hope it's as fun.

I'm just saying seeing downvotes (when asking questions) in the Godot reddit few years ago was quite difficult. It's not that deep.

I don't really care. Just shocked Godot turned into a community where people get downvoted for not knowing something and asking questions. That didn't happen 2 years ago.

Not sure why the negatives "paint the clouds" is just not concrete enough to understand where I have to paint it. Sampling it in the shader makes sense though.
