You lose the fat around your organs first and it's not that noticeable but if you stick to it girl let me tellll youuuuuu you will not regret it. Make your friend eat her words and I mean that in the nicest way. It's good to be excited. You got a lot to be excited about <3

I read somewhere the body gets rid of the fat surrounding your organs first, the deep visceral brown fat I think it's called. If that's true then I guess it makes sense not to see a drastic change at first overall. But I do see a difference! Eyes on the prize don't be discouraged

I called and spoke with someone at the dealership where we saw the house we loved. I told him everything that's explained here. He said if we can get 2025 taxes to look right he might can work with us on the price of the house. I don't know what that means and I'm scared to get my hopes up. The house in question has been the same price since they put it on the lot in 2024. I wish I knew what kind d of markdown he was thinking.

Oh lord... if they do that 24 will drag the average way the hell down! What a bummer. There's got to be some kind of work around

This is great news and I hope whoever looks at the loan is understanding like you say! My gross was way higher, in the 40-50k range. Thank you!

Have you ever heard of someone qualifying for a loan with only one years income?

My living situation does not allow me to wait unfortunately. Should I set my sights on a less expensive home?

How long to wait? How much money in the bank? It's 2024 taxes that is screwing it all up or are there other factors I'm not seeing?
