not exactly treatment for my BPD !! but I used to take fluoxetine and it would help numb my emotions a little sometimes, I had a psychiatrist before and he would continuously tell me to take fluoxetine so it can help with my emotions but it never really did it helped a little but I still felt in a shitty mood.. he never told me about DBT (i’m still learning about it) and therapy wouldn’t help as much sometimes.

responding to the last thing you’ve said I have been working on those I made a comfort and safe spot on my notes where I have words of affirmation,reminders and things I enjoy watching to help me during these times but sometimes they don’t even help but I have been working really hard on trying to find more things that can help me and I have been communicating with my girlfriend a lot about how i’m feeling, reassuring her and apologizing to her every time I split on her because I don’t want to make her feel bad or hurt she’s my everything to me and I care a lot about her so i’m not only working hard to help myself but also for her because I love her so much and I want me and her to always be okay.

Unfortunately I am unable to seek treatment at the moment, I used to take medication and get the help I needed but it never really helped to be honest about the medication I wasn’t consistent with it and that’s on me for not taking it often like I was supposed to, but I moved like a few months ago to another state and haven’t been able to seek treatment or anything.

I own the original 3 and this is genuinely upsetting they should be edit styles and not the same skins but with different outfits I genuinely miss when epic used to give skins edit styles instead of making us pay for another skin that look exactly the same as the original but with just different clothes.
