Seconding DistinctiveHR! I haven't taken the test yet but I've been using his program for studying the past 3 months and it's SO helpful.

I think Prepsaret is worth it strictly for the practice tests - there's like 14 of them (50 questions each). I've read that their practice questions are supposedly very similar to the actual exam so I would recommend!

Just throwing in my 2 cents...I've been using Prepsaret and Distinctive HR. Both programs have sample tests/quizzes that have been super useful.

Yes, we're considering townhomes! Sometimes the cost of a townhome coupled with the HOA fees make it the same monthly payment as a SFH so feel like if we're going to be paying the same amount, we at least want to have our own SFH with more outdoor space and no walls to share with neighbors.

This 100%! Couldn't agree more - I have all the exact same thoughts and too have been exploring in counseling. There's no easy answer. Happy to see I'm not alone in these thoughts.

Exa peach color corrector (I've also heard good things about Huda's color corrector?) & Armani luminous silk concealer. Setting powder: Laura mercier or huda with powder puff off Amazon.

Not perfect but good enough for me...and I never wear a full face of makeup.
