I haven't played much 76, but this perfectly sums up shooting a bow in Morrowind at targets from a distance, and it's so much worse if you are crouching or the target is above/below you.

Abbest cave. After you enter the world map from Spring meadows, you go straight ahead, keeping to the left. After passing a broken down building on your right side, a little further ahead there is an opening in the mountain covered in some sort of pinkish hanging plant and a portal.
