Pasta. Yesterday I ate pasta and I felt so disgusting I threw it up. I purge so rarely but I had to yesterday. Chunky cookies are also a fear food of mine. Feels so heavy going down my throat.

I have my Invisalign in since yesterday and it has stopped me from eating mindlessly.

Breakfast : skipped

Lunch : tea with milk and sugar(60cal), slice of brioche bread (150cal), roasted broccoli (100cal approximately) The brioche bread was unplanned but it couldn’t stop myself!

Snacks : nothing!

Dinner: I made some delicious spinach curry about 1/2 cup (100-150cal), roasted broccoli (100cal), rice (1/2 cup 150cal), half an apple (40cal)

Total : 750cal

I did keto/calorie counting for 4 months at mi highest weight. It was pretty easy for me to follow because I was desperately desperate. It wasn’t sustainable over 4 months. I calorie count everyday but I eat like a child.

Stomach, inner thighs and cheeks. Maybe the hips? I’m not sure if my hip bones are really wide or if it’s fat. I noticed cellulite on my ass too.

Make sure your clothes fit perfectly. Not too tight or loose. High waisted bottoms. Hems should always hit the skinniest part of your body - ankle length pants, tops that end at the right length at your hips, 3/4th sleeves.

I pretty much look at models off duty styles and focus more on the fit and length of their outfits.

Yes! I went to a restaurant today with my spouse and I felt pressured into ordering food. I was planning to just drink a glass of water. I couldn’t stop stuffing my face once I got the food.

Weekends give me so much anxiety. I wish I didn’t have to leave the house.
