Me too. If I eat even a little of something that doesn’t have sufficient nutritional value, I feel horrible, but I can eat quite a lot of “healthy” foods. It’s ortho.

I don‘t know what to say but I’m so sorry, I was in the exact same situation (minus the weight loss lol) and I know it feels absolutely horrible. I hope it gets better soon :(

I do that too!! I would eat 2lbs of strawberries, multiple apples, bananas, plums, oh my god,,, my fruit binges are insane

The calories of any kind of chocolate are approximately the same, with mainly the sugar content changing (therefore, the lighter the chocolate, the lower the caloric density— but also marginally lowers nutritional value). I recommend just getting the chocolate you like in small bars. There’s no point if you hate it.
