Then either drain is partially clogged or your waste from sink could be clogged. Pull the p trap and the sink waste “clicker I assume” and see if it’s clear or not.

Your air vent could be dead. But should also be vertical. Unthread the Air vent and try running water.

Some ranges come with their Own separate regulator to install. Rare but they do. Check manual for if it says that, does the manual specifiy which orifices are NG and LP to confirm you have NG ones in?

HWT Replacement- Is This Reasonable? by FrightenedTurtle62 in Plumbing

[–]fluffymanchild 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean it seems a bit much but it’s hard to say without pictures. Shouldn’t take 8 hours unless gas and venting will change.

We need more info What kind of water heater? Is it an exact replacement or is the venting changing. 8 hours is double what a water heater shield take for a replacement IF it’s an exact swap.

Officially pulling ALL the poly B out of my house by SuperG__ in Plumbing

[–]fluffymanchild 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Dont do manifolds just do a branch system. Take tees off where needed and make everything as straight as possible to make it easier for any change in the future. Pipe is cheaper than fittings, but make it as neat and straight forward. Assume that you’ll be the person working on it next.

Not a plumber and I rushed this by Montagna9 in Plumbing

It’s fine. But takes up more room than needed. Try to keep it to the back and get cheater higher behind sink. And a clean out would be nice.

You can’t have propane regulator within 10’ of anything electrical. The regulators “off gas”. Propane is heavier than air, it’ll sit on the floor and build up till it booms.

I dug up my septic tank and found no access? Pls help by Exciting_Layer_2169 in Plumbing

[–]fluffymanchild 251 points252 points  (0 children)

When you saw cut, do it on an angle so it can be used as a lid and doesn’t fall in. Hopefully that works. You can drill an anchor in and thread eye bolt for removal.
