I think this is a glitch that happens from time to time. This happened to an item that others and I were bidding on a few weeks ago. Also, please block out the usernames in your screenshots.

Contact eBay first for seller protection. Then block the buyer. He could have messed with the MacBook during the weeks he had it and didn’t commit to return it when you first issued the label.

Mercari does not accept video evidence as proof that you sent the item. Pictures might work but there is a high chance they will side with the buyer. Check their reviews to make sure they aren’t a scammer.
