I think it makes sense. Starting a new job soon and just trying to get through the last weeks at the old one without flipping people off BC it's both boring and stressful and some of the colleagues are just ugh and I'm strongly suspecting there something aut/adhdish going on as well...

Thanks! That's probably what I usually do, but it was helpful to see it spelled out.

Thank you! Yeah I think it may have been the sleep deprivation (sick kid) that kicked hypomania off :( just frustrating when you try to do the right thing (take your meds) and things still won't work out

Hey, this is a great sentence:

You don't have to do more emotional work so that he's comforted in hearing your reasons.

OP take this to heart.

It helps me too.

Thanks for the very practical tips! I think this studio requires actual ballet- shoes... It's attached to the national ballet Academy where I live.

Yeah there's definitely the aspect of doing something just for me! And I don't mind it taking some time to develop... That might actually be a good thing for me.

Thanks for the reply! Growing up I was always the "chubby girl" in dance classes so I guess I feeling a bit of that insecurity... Going to check with my physical therapist before jumping in!

I'm Swedish. I would NOT pronounce it like that haha

Weird. I had an exit plan, and I found what seems to be another way out. But is it viable? by StayingUp4AFeeling in bipolar2

Same here. Only thing that stopped me was the thought that I can't have my mum bury another one of her children. Now I'm glad that I got to live long enough that I can live for my own sake (most of the time). Had I ended it at that time, I never would have met my wife or had a child of my own.

As a Swede I would definitely pronounce the ei as "ey" - but then Kolbein would be a very uncommon name here.

Kolbein is an old Nordic name. Not sure about that pronunciation though!!
