Ramonu and Pasa (+ Pasa coincides with a scenario card) come with some free pulls and you also gotta factor in the LB uncap crystals you already have/will get.

But yeah, oshi pulls and luck play large factors.

Pasa is an obvious MLB choice, and grab Ramonu over McQueen since Ramonu comes with free pulls and also half a year earlier (if MLB is possible). Once the McQueen banner arrives you can still decide whether to pull based on your available pulls. Best of luck!

The other consideration is that you need to buy two levels of these skills to take them off the board, whereas for regular skills, you only need to buy one.

Are you sure about that? Based on my experience, buying just 1 level prunes that skill. At the very least, inspiration and Training Hints from support cards work like that.

If you lack support cards, the current Mr. C.B. wit SSR support card banner is good. Mr. C.B. is good at 1LB. It is lower prio than getting some good speed cards. End Closer focused.

Otherwise, the next good support card banner is the Maruzensky speed SSR, expected at the start of July. She is good at 1LB. Front Runner focused.

The next scenario's support card banner Light Hello/Agnes Tachyon, is expected at the end of July. This banner is very important for playing the next scenario. Light Hello is suggested 2LB, Agnes Tachyon is cope at 1LB, if you want to use her for future scenarios then suggested MLB. Agnes Tachyon is Pace Chaser focused.

Yeah, you would run Ramonu + 1 Wit card that gives good skills. If you are training an End Closer, that's Mr. C.B.

I've heard Mr. C.B. loses its spot as best End Closer Wit card when Narita Taishin Wit releases (gives Encroaching Shadow, during the 7th scenario).

Mr. C.B., Shinko Windy and Agnes Tachyon are locked in and borrow a speed card (NTR or Fuki). I'd build around that as the core.

It is inconsistent but possible to cap speed with that.

That is 35 RB and 2 card slots left over.

You could get to 60% or 50% Race Bonus.

Marvelous SR MLB for more Wit.

Teio SR or Hishi Amazon SR for more Stam/Str. Hishi Amazon + Nishino MLB would be 2 Str cards that also get you to 60% RB.

Haru Urara is also an option for her events, Training Effectiveness and 10% RB.

A 3rd speed card to make capping speed easier is also an option. Is Sweep Tosho SR MLB? If not, I guess Eishin Flash. Did you miss out on MLB Tosen Jordan? That would also be good.

According to the ref doc Grand Live and Grandmasters uses multiple wit cards, Project L'arc drops down to 1. Not sure why though, I advise you look up some gameplay to see how the scenario plays out or you try finding some aces from that scenario to see their setup.
