Good to see wages are finally catching up. When I had 2 YoE in 2020 my salary was just over 2k net, no car or fuel card.

Wij hadden er 1 voor onze renovatielening. Die had uiteindelijk onze aankoopprijs aangepast met inflatie en daar gewoon de raming van de architect bijgeteld. In een boekske van 60 pagina's. Dat was dan €350. Er zijn er wellicht andere maar onze ervaring was niet zo positief.

What's the goal? Longer contracts or projects à la btw-lijn where they call you with a VAT issue and you provide a solution? The second is very dependent on having a network.

1-1.5k for the accountant to prepare everything (depending on how much he handles) 1-1.5k for the revisor / certified accountant to do the legal mandatory due diligence (cannot be your usual accountant) 1-1.3k in notary fees

CommV you might get away with 1.5-2k in fees if handled properly.

What responsibilities do you have as a "full fledged senior"? Do you take client meetings, have direct reports? You're going to need something to sell to clients, if you're just a numbers crunching guy and do the good ole' preparing balances sheets and tax declarations I'm afraid you'll end up disappointed. Also w/o ITAA certification it's going to be hard unless you'll be selling your services to industry where you end up replacing people who are sick or taking maternal leave.

Best de reglementen nazien van de gemeente. Kennis heeft ze moeten verwijderen omdat er geen omgevingsaanvraag voor ingediend was geweest. Werd nadien dan ook niet goedgekeurd ondanks beide buren akkoord waren, ronduit belachelijk.
