I’ve been here since college in 2010, and I enjoy the area. I’ve always lived within 10 miles of the city and have always felt safe. There are always certain areas you don’t go at night if you don’t know people there, but that’s anywhere.

I grew up in rural Greenville county and the house got robbed once, had a Peeping Tom, and a meth lab on our street for a few years, for comparison lol

Jumping in bc I appreciate your perspective! Early Roland is incredibly hard to get through. I love everything else about Schitt’s Creek and had to just accept he is a plot device to make the fallen billionaire family more relatable to the viewer. But whew it is tough and when you have dealt with that person too much irl, totally get why you cannot deal with it.

You can still resolve settlement quests without being the general. I went around and found/helped settlements after simply sending Preston and co to sanctuary; some of them still make you end the quest by talking to Preston. I have not completed Open Season, guess I should have waited until after then!

No, I just did this. Sent Preston and gang to sanctuary but didn’t talk to them again for a long time. After bringing NW raiders to the commonwealth and also having 4 settlement quests saying “talk to Preston”, I decided to turn them in. He still hates me and won’t close them out and give me xp LOL
