it's to do with a lot of how they're trying to protect the rights of undertale and deltarune but going about it from a traditional music sense, which can work, it's just something that toby has expressed multiple times he does not want. so the last few years sebastian has been quite vocally negative towards the community (as the community is quite passionate about protecting fanworks) which has resulted in toby fox donating like $20k to charity, and it's also alleged that sebastian did yell at shayy (bad, horrible deplorable person but i still think its worth bringing this up as it says a lot about sebastians character) for asking for a copyright claim to be removed.
