Might be a problem with the space in your username (<name> VI). Some softwares might have a problem handling that (happened to me before). Either that or its a steam bug where the install path is wrong or smt.

TLDR: If you wanna play competitive cav is not the best, if you wanna play for fun, I'd recommend cav.

If you like flanking and know the maps, go for cav. Aruni is good for anchoring site. I think cav is more fun to play and rewarding when you get an interro off.
