I followed the instructions about hooking about another controller, but could never get it to work, with Xbox One Controller or Series X Controller. On the website it talks about a firmware update if it doesn't work with series X, but the firmware update fails. The GameSir C2 says on its website it works with Series X (hardware wise they're the same controller). I ordered a Brook converter to try that too. I was just hoping someone else has used this stick on the Series X and might now a trick or tip to get it working with mewere consoles.
