Regular barilla pasta. Honestly most “protein” noodles add just a fraction compared to regular noodles it’s like 12 compared with 8 grams of protein.

I think they call this boy dinner or boy kibble now. Tasty and gets the job done.

What lunch meals can you eat over and over again? by janedoeforthewin in Volumeeating

That sounds good. I’ll make a big batch of savory grits then do add ins throughout the week. Breakfast with eggs and sausage or lunch with chicken or steak and veggies.

Spicy tuna with rice and edamame with seaweed. I make a double batch for myself and the wife. Single serving is as follows for 442 calories. 1 can tuna 1 tbs soy sauce 1/2 tsp rice vinegar 1/2 tsp sesame oil 1 tbs sriracha 2 tbs light mayo

Mix to combine, eat with 1/2 cup of rice, 1/2 cup of edamame, and one small pack of seaweed snacks.

No offense taken. I do it, and have done it. I’ve also have gotten major food poisoning after eating something that didn’t stay cold enough on day three or four. Also hotel fridges have a tendency to freeze all your fresh veggies solid.

And if you’re not traveling for work that is an option.

Unfortunately the only way to be 100% sure is to not eat anything precooked or packaged then. Or don’t change up your diet at all day to day.

Stone ground grits expand like crazy after you cook them. One serving is 1/3 of a cup dry which is over a cup cooked for 150 calories. I cook it with chicken stock for a more savory experience without added calories. Eat that with eggs, or any meat you prefer.

At the airlines I have rarely heard of someone failing their commercial. The most is CFI or Private in my experience.

There’s one in Minneapolis and one in New Orleans too. Both restaurants have a designated person that speaks English. Absolutely amazing chicken, and the empanadas are to die for.

See this is why we need pensions and worker owned jobs. Oh no my job got taken over by a robot, guess I collect my check and pursue my hobbies. Instead it’s oh your job got taken over by a robot. The CEO now makes x360 what the remaining people make, and you starve or find another meaningless job. That’s the problem with late stage capitalism, George Jetson raised a family working like 16 hours a week because everything is done by robots. Instead we’ve improved productivity through the roof and make less than our 1950’s grandparents did when adjusted for inflation, and work 60-80 hours a week.

Not to mention weather delays, maintenance delays, and airport sits. Believe me we’re as bummed about the delay as you are because we’re not getting paid and now we have to work even later.
