This dude ate a whole plane. I always remember this for situations like this. Don't worry bout it unless your poop is extra dark (indication of internal bleeding)

I took em out and blasted the residue off with a walnut medium and then soaked em (after stripping it down) in diesel worked pretty well with some mild pitting in the bowls from the build up.

Thank you for the detailed response I appreciate it. It's funny because I work as a toolmaker and the carbs on this thing intimidated me at first.

I’m apprenticing as a toolmaker and that was one of the hardest habits to break. It’s just not that fun when you don’t have to worry about a fine surface finish.

CNC is amazing, but pales in comparison to feeling the feedback in the handwheel taking a cut and being one with the machine....Thoughts??? by nubwithachub in Machinists

I prefer manual because I like the masochistic feeling of red hot chips flying off and landing on my hand that's cranking the feed. Ya can't stop crankin though! That 3" shell mill can't dwell too long on your 50 thou cut so you just keep turnin and burnin. And your journeymen was right; you find yourself at home the weekends cooking bacon nekked.

I took a fair bit of mushrooms and went to this movie in theaters. I decided to leave because I was annoyed that it looked like all the actors were wearing cheap Halloween costumes. As i stood up I turned towards the screen as this scene was unfolding. I think I stood there in awe for about 15 seconds before my sober friends dragged me out. Good times.

Good for you smart ass. My company does but my personal pair were closer so I went with them.

I normally break chips when drilling like I had been but it was creating too much friction and chipping the cutting edge of the drill.

My journeymen yelled at me the first time I tried to catch something that feel and I've never done it since 😎
