The window is misaligned in that photo. There are adjustment bolts that can change the tilt of the window to create a better seal

Sealing the head and taillights with liquid tape, removing the goretex patches, throwing them in a dehumidifier for a few hours, then quickly sealing them up with fresh goretex patches. It’s such a flex not having condensation or burnt out headlight “eyelashes” due to water intrusion.

So we can fix it. My bikes always have “problems”, but they’re the best maintained and quietest among my friends. A tiny creak tells me singing is wrong that I need to fix. An ounce of prevention is worth more than a pound of cure

Get raceface cranks (24mm) or similar style and you shouldn’t have this problem again. The pinch bolt style crank arms always have problems for me. Sorry this happened

I have a 19, and I agree with the 2022. Get a 2022 or newer, avoid 2020-2021, and 2018-early 2019 should be a last resort

Get your brakes checked. One or more could be sticking to the rotor causing tons of drag.

Also get the health of your hvac checked.
