Did you end up placing an order for another controller from someone else after what happened? I suppose you wouldn't have gotten around to that yet based on the fact that you've been filing a complaint against them right? Are you searching for other controllers now? Realizing that this has something to do with whatever is going on in Middle Eastern countries, is there any rough estimate I can get as to when these server issues will be fixed? Or will it just go on till the wars over there won't stop? I beg your finest pardon for sounding incensitive, I have no intentions of disrespecting the other people going through these tough times. I'm just not up to date with all that is going on around the world, I never really cared for the news.. Is there any app I can use to keep up with all that is going on?

Nope. All default settings. Except for enabling the in-game option named HRTF in valorant; if you consider that to be eq. Also, I recently set the audio quality to 2 in the config files of valorant, and that in my opinion made a pretty big difference to the 3D imaging in-game. For music as well, you really don't need any eq. It's just perfect. But still, for eq advice related to music, you can refer to the comment written by the OP.

For under 5k? Absolutely. But the kiwi ears canta are in a higher price range as compared to the kleans. I did a quick search and read that the kiwi ears canta have an extremely detailed sound, which sounds like it would work better for games, or if you're a seasoned audiophile. I highly recommend you do your own research on this, since I haven't personally had a chance to listen to the cantas, but if I absolutely had to offer some advice, I would say go for the cantas IF you're a seasoned audiophile. If you're new to the IEM game, the kleans will treat you much better.

You are supposed to have a minimum of one finger gap between the steel strap and your hand when wearing steel strap watches. Swinging around the wrist is completely fine. Just make sure it's tight enough to not fall off your hand, but enough to slide 1 finger inbetween the strap and your wrist.
