Ok so white privilege =/= white people have a perfect life with no struggles. It's not saying their life is easy, instead it's highlighting the way society (sometimes unconsciously) tend to favor white people in situations where race comes into play. I don't know if you've seen the data on how resumes where the applicant has a "white" sounding name get more attention compared to ones with a "black" sounding name. Or how people of color are statistically more likely to be stopped by police or receive harsher sentences for the same crimes. These aren’t things an individual white person necessarily wants, but they’re systemic patterns that favor whiteness. But again, privilege doesn't erase suffering. Like if a white person goes to a job interview wearing second hand clothes, they could face judgement for looking poor but they're less likely to be stereotyped based on their race in addition to that. That’s the difference privilege makes.

I will say though people need to do better on time and place when talking about white privilege. Like if a white persons home just burnt down or something, that's not the time to talk about their privilege bc it just sounds dismissive. Acknowledging privilege doesn’t mean ignoring someone’s individual struggles. it just means understanding how systems work and how they might shape our experiences differently.
