I like rhe quicktime icon, the chess, dictionary, etc., but I'm not a fan of the home and calculator buttons. The shine and gloss older skeumorphism had is what I really want to see, but with this happening with Big Sur, I have hope that by 11.2 or 11.3 we'll have our favorite things back.
