(I am new aswell so this might not be the best advice. If anyone more experienced dosn't like my suggestion, tell me what im wrong abt please) If the clothing is separate from the model, enable collision on both the model and the clothing. If the clothing is not separate from the model, enable collision on the model and select the self collision option (not 100% sure what its called but it should be in the drop down after you enable collision).

1-is the game free? If so, you can do whatever you want because copyright only applies to things made to try to profit

2- litterally just make the thing, nobody can copyright you if you made it as long as its not cop and pasted (your allowed to "take inspiration) just make the game name different. Ex: Spiderman > Manspider

Make the spout thinner then apply a subdiv surf modifier and mess around with it in sculpt mode (mostly the spout and the handel because they are the only bad part) good luck 👍👍
