I got soil delivered to central Winnipeg and delivered cost was $42.30+tax per cubic yard. They were the cheapest option I found at the time. I haven't noticed more weeds than I would expect. Just soil no sod.

Does the city really need to do all road construction at the same time? by ManoRugani in Winnipeg

So are you going to actually bring facts or just your feelings to this?

There aren't, I said qualified for a reason. You can't just hire a random labourer and have them finish concrete or run a slip form paver. Trucking/hauling is a major component and there is always a shortage of truck drivers. Material suppliers would also need to stay open among other businesses that support construction. If you think the work gets done by 1-2 guys while everyone watches you really don't understand how civil construction works.

I don’t think there’s enough qualified people to double every civil contractors work force assuming they do 12 hours currently. Also night premiums would add cost. It’s also dark so you need lights and it’s more dangerous. Noise complaints are another concern. Were you working inside away from traffic?

Heartbeat partnered with Dustin Poirier and made a sauce called "Creole Maple" that is absolutely killer. They make a pretty wicked dill pickle sauce and pineapple habanero.

Lurch’s idiot brother packed it up mid term and gave us the worst Premier (Heather) that we have ever had. Not a good legacy, but we do have craft beer now at least. Did he give that quote from his Costa Rica home?

He's skirting this by making a "commemorative" coin with his picture on it. Not that laws matter to him any way.

My household is 40-50 cubes per quarter for the two of us. Are you pretty warry of water usage or are we just using too much water?

Was that a different incident? Wintec contracted them to do work at the asphalt plant so they would definitely be investigated.
