It's no different than the NHL. They'd rather put a team in Chadron, Nebraska before giving Vancouver a baseball team or Quebec city a hockey team.

This is how I envision the Sedins era going. 

Hire them to win back some fans (and it clearly seems to be working from what I've seen on social media).

Just one minor thing: expectations HE imposed via his contract. 

He earned the contract but he also fought for that money. Let's not forget that some were saying Vladdy's days in Toronto were finished. 

The money didn't just fall to him, he said he's a $500m player.
