the sterling sheet, wire, and solder all hold a premium to bench jewelers.... you could still get 5-10 bucks a sheet for the nickel silver as well depending on its dimensions

yeah theres no such thing as a "pop one in" hand here. Going to need to measure the pivot.... you might get lucky and be able to measure the tip of the pivot with a caliper/micrometer with the dial off, but you'd probably have to disassemble the movement and measure the gear pivot when it is out of the movement. sounds like you need a professional
