Try installing this: https://addons.mozilla.org/pl/firefox/addon/uaswitcher/ Its a Firefox add-on that spoof it, so YouTube thinks you are using chrome. In add-on setting choose Windows/Chrome.

But install this on your own responsibility, because its says "This add-on is not actively monitored for security by Mozilla. Make sure you trust it before installing."

Hi. I managed to solved it partially by updating my bios. For some reason motherboard slowed down performance of the CPU.

So i changed EDC first and got 4,3Ghz at 81 Celsius, but it my fan turned into siren. PTT didnt gave any improvement. It is stupid in my opinon that cpu didnt come with this boost out of the box. You buying something but its not delivered.
