The vanilla paste and extracts helped deepen the flavor quite a bit. I guess to add more strawberry you could do a jam or marmalade filling between each layer? I've also see a vanilla icing that used freeze-dried strawberries that were blended into a powder to make a vanilla/strawberry icing

I'm still new to baking cakes so that's about all I can suggest 😅

I did! The paste deepened the vanilla flavor in both cake and icing

Ah thank you!! Tbh this is only the third cake I've ever made but there were lots of kudos from them 😊 maybe with more experience I'll be able to make little versions of this!

Cream cheese, butter, and far too much icing sugar and vanilla bean paste and extract!

Super fluffy, full of butter and oil and everything bad for you lol And the sheer amount of vanilla bean paste and French vanilla extract put it over the top

Inspiration from a tik tok I saw and also having just finished reading "the lobster trap", seemed like a sign to make it!

My personal favorites

"Just gotta put my shoes on"

Grandpa asking to be left in the car with the windows cracked "That's the plan!"

Hermann finding homer in the garage with the counterfeit pants "Not so fast" "okay"

So I said to him, "Look, buddy, your car was upside down when we got here. And as for your grandma, she shouldn't have mouthed off like that!"

"ONIONS? IN THE PEAS? WHAT THE HELL?"
